hello,
the best training you can do for climbing is climbing. when you first start out, just developing the muscle memory and coordination will help you more than anything else. being physically active and procuring endurance is helpful for sure, but nothing can beat climbing to your perceived mental and physical limits.

My love affair with everywhere
Was innocent why do you care
Someone stop the car time to go
Time to go… you’re the best I know
My sunny side is up and died

being naked is our most natural form. if you aren’t okay with yourself, that’s perfectly fine, but what makes you think it’s okay to judge another?
sex is natural. being naked is natural. it’s something very personal and beautiful and should never be shamed or stigmatized.
so all those “i have morals” signs, etc, are quite depressing and don’t mean you have morals- because being naked is not about morals. what you are doing exemplifies the fact that you are quick to become self righteous and judge other’s whom you deem inferior based on your subjective, highly evangelistic beliefs.
